Study Groups

In January of 1998 we started a twice-monthly Tuesday evening study group combining HeartMath concepts and techniques with the study and application of the Edgar Cayce concepts in A Search for God, Books I and II. A highlight of each study group session is a powerful and healing HeartMath guided meditation. We now meet on Wednesdays and are currently studying ASK AND IT IS GIVEN (the Abraham material). Previously we studied THE POWER OF INTENTION by Dr. Wayne Dyer. In Spring Quarter of 2005 we completed our study of POWER VS. FORCE by Dr. David Hawkins. We also have studied three of Neil Douglas-Klotz's books, PRAYERS OF THE COSMOS, THE HIDDEN GOSPEL, and DESERT WISDOM. At a later time, we will study Neil's latest book, GENESIS MEDITATIONS and Esther and Jerry Hicks' latest book, THE AMAZING POWER OF DELIBERATE INTENT (more Abraham material).

In July of 2000 we started a twice-monthly Monday evening study group to read and apply the ideas and concepts of A Course in Miracles.

In September of 2000 we formed a bi-weekly New Testament study group to examine in depth what the four Gospels, Acts of the Apostles, many Epistles, and Revelation tell us, and to discuss how we might apply what they say to us NOW about our own daily lives. We used the text authored by the late Dr. Herbert Hunt, former head of Bible Studies at the Unity School for Religious Studies (now the Unity Institute) at Unity Village, Missouri.
